Anderson: 2nd grade Sacraments

Of all of the milestones that my kids have reached, these are probably my favorites. I cannot believe Anderson is an actual grown up, as evidenced by the fact that he can now receive Communion at church. I have pretty concrete memories of my First Communion which means that he is making actual memories! (Note to self: time to stop yelling so much)

He looked so stinking handsome at his First Communion practice; I was so proud of him! Of course his glasses broke earlier in the week (THERE ARE NO WORDS) so he did not have them but I like that I have this documentation of his face, too.

Seriously. I am just so in love with this little boy and how handsome he is as a grown up.

Because he had the FLU (don't even get me started) he had to miss the group Reconciliation and I was so bummed until he got to have special 1 on 1 time with Fr. Michael right before First Communion. They were holding hands and it was the sweetest.

Clare had an awesome view of them walking in and snapped this sweet pic.

Due to some very strong Garzoli blood, we managed to get front row seats (technically we were second but that is only because we could not actually sit in the front since we don't have a wheelchair family member.) Mom illegally snapped some pretty good shots.

Look at these 2 handsome boys all grown up and SO Catholic!

GG gave him an engraved box that he was really excited about using to store all of his new things.

Giant cookie cake per request of the kids.

Family pic!

Noni & Bop gave him a football rosary, which was really cool!

Brandon made sure that Anderson looked sharp!

These brothers.

Clare and I got to celebrate, too! Love having Catholic friends!
