Some events before Fall Break

I am so, so sad to say that Anderson has pretty much officially outgrown my festival hoarding. I am also so, so THRILLED to say that because....it means I am not constantly trying to find things to do in the million of hours that he is awake.

But my boy here has not let me down yet & he still gets excited about random parking lot festivities.
This one at Zaxby's filled our morning AND provided free coupons for Zaxby's lunch and TWO awesome door prizes...so total win.
We are soaking in every last minute of summer.

UT football at GG's...at least half of the outing is a win because we love hanging out with GG.

Lots of cousin time, which everyone loves.

Also, I have never seen the 2 of them actually co-existing next to each other!

Max loves playing in all of the tires/dirt/etc at his soccer games.

You know that Brandon LOVES to volunteer for things like talking in pre-school classes, so I usually just humor him and go along for the ride. HA HA HA HA.

So, I LOVE volunteering him for things like this and he really is such a trooper.

Max was so thrilled and so proud to have his Daddy talking to his class.

I mean, this is the absolute cutest.

These moments sure help remind me that there is a perk to those long hours of worry that I have when Brandon is at work. Not everyone can be a hero and I sure am proud of the one that I  love.

A birthday party at a park led to Max getting up close and personal with some ducks.

We celebrated Charlie turning 2!!! I was so, so stressed that I was out of of town for his party last year, so I was happy to be able to go and celebrate this TWO year old!

Cousin reading time on the couch.

I am annoyed with having to miss most of mass every week to sit in Max's class, but I also love being able to see him act semi like a person by just sitting and coloring and participating.

Max has been BEGGING for a pumpkin for at least a month and I told him we had to wait until October. When it FINALLY was Oct 1, we had to get one immediately and he had so much fun destroying/carving it.

I love this kid so much. He was SO excited to make our own pizza.

Another weekend, another festival-this one was all about fire and it was really fun, as always. My favorite part was that Anderson actually had fun. He really enjoyed painting the pumpkin and even did the fire station thing at Home Depot (prior to the festival stop) with a SMILE!!

We are so lucky to be able to celebrate Pappaw's 93rd birthday! We ate dinner at Aubrey's & then went back to his house for cake and presents.

Max was so helpful with the present opening.

We love our Pappaw and are so happy to be able to celebrate him!
