Tennessee Titans.

In an amazing twist on our weekend, someone Brandon works with gave him 2 FREE tickets to the Titans game.  Because my husband is awesome, he promptly agreed that we did need the tickets and that Anderson needed to attend his first professional sport event.

Needless to say, Anderson was pumped.

This kid loves football. Love, in this case, being the greatest understatement in the century.

He plays ALL of the time at our house. And, we get roped into playing with him, which is partially why I can't move my knee that well right now. The kid is intense. He will tackle full force and does not have any qualms with attacking his sweet Mama.

He knows all of the plays and actually understand the game at a creepy level for a 4 year old, I think. This is why my heart is heavy at the thought of telling him his eye transplant has ruled him out of actually playing tackle. But, I will not dwell yet.

If only his mom sent him to the game with gloves.

I know he loved the game, but hanging out with his Daddy was definitely his favorite part.

Also...flash forward to my life in 5 years. This is it, isn't it?? I am just going to be surrounded by sports of all sorts. Also, sending my kids off with Brandon for the day does not sound like a terrible set up.

Heaven. He made them stay until the very last second even though the Titans got destroyed.

The obligatory cheerleader picture.

  2. Second to last pic is my favorite.
Also, I couldn't figure out why the post was short and where the rest of the pics were. And, then I remembered Brandon took him. Now, I am impressed you have any pics to show for it. Hughes would not have taken any, probably.

I was talking to mom today, and I said, "who is he yelling at?" She said, "memphis just scored a touchdown." I was confused, of course, until I remembered that he was playing football and scoring.
