Football season/too many random parent nights/etc. means lots of time for Brandon to bond with the boys. #awesomedad
Thank goodness some woman invented these bags because they save my sanity (you know it was a woman that thought of this)
My washing machine has a 9 hour timer on it, which is so helpful because it allows me to do laundry during the week. Now, it still generally has to sit in there for at least an hour or 2 before I get home, but it is definitely better than mildewing for 11 hours.
This is a project I am working on at Powell and because I am apparently grammatically special, I kept sending Nicole screen shots of it for corrections. It was easier than continuing to email her. Super thankful I am her job and that she did not make too much fun of me for my hypens.
You cannot walk through the room without Gabbi losing her mind because she thinks you are taking her out. Literally, she does this all day and night. Someone needs to tell her she has hip dysplasia and needs to be resting.
Real life playing generally consists of playing on the couch with whatever happens to be laying there. (Sidenote: He found the Christmas scene in the attic and brought it down to be the Transformer's planet. You have seen this before...)
No surprises here.
I love his daily reports from preschool and was so excited to see they read a book about glasses! (A book that we have, of course) I also like that they talk about diversity as 3 year olds and I wish I could have eavesdropped on that conversation. The view of every mom everywhere on Sunday morning: coffee, a dog, baby feet, the older one running laps
Anderson is OBSESSED with Max. It is so sweet, but there is a lot of of time spent right up in his face.
Speaking of, I was totally right in deciding 2 boys was the way to go. Batman can't survive without Robin, after all. (Bobble Cole totally spoils these boys with random clothes like this)

YOU MAKE IT SEEM S0 SIMPLE AND EASY. :)
ReplyDeleteI LOVE THE PROJECT FOR Powell. You are such a inspiration to all. I am Proud of you.
um, the Christmas scene is PERFECT for the Transformer planet. And I should know...
ReplyDeleteJacob is still running laps around the house. I guess it is good that we both have houses that have a circular "track" set up.
love Max's feet!!!
my washer/dryer SUCK. one day soon they will both die. it is kind of obvious when you hear them running. when I scream out, "I hate this machine!" when one (or both) is in sucking mode, Jon will say, "well if they die, we will have to spend money on new ones..." in kind of a that-would-be-horrible tone. while I am thinking, "when these die, we get to spend money and buy new ones!" in a how-can-I-sabotage-these-damn-things-to-get-them-to-die-quicker tone....
Thank you for trying to sneak in little gold stars for me. I appreciate it.
ReplyDeleteI honestly do not know how you are surviving working a million hours. I feel so lazy when I think about your life.
The Ipad project= badass.
His school is amazing. I would actually kind of like to attend Goddard.
Max. In general.
Goddard is impressive. I'm pretty sure we don't get a daily update for Jack! And the superhero sidekick picture needs to be submitted to a contest - they are perfect :) Powell has no idea how lucky they are to have you.
ReplyDeleteWHAT?!?!? A dyer/washer with a timer?!?!? Where have I been?!?!?! I could SO get into that. But it's PERFECT for you when you have to leave. I just found out there are CROCKPOTS that do that too! Seriously, I'm so behind.
ReplyDeleteI love the check list for dad. He really looks like he's so sweet with his boys
