We have spent a lot of time in this tree.
We are always embracing injury-prone fun around here.
Lots and lots of leaf raking this month
November never settled on a season-it was summer, fall & winter all in one.
Again, with the tree.
I climbed up there, too. It was slightly terrifying.
He is in there, just well hidden.
He painted this box as an FBI thing one day.
SNOW! We only got a little, but we had a 2-hour delay and embraced it.
Max got strep and had to miss his field trip. So sad.
Clare brought him goodies to make up for it; he was so happy!
A.LOT.OF.THIS.
I had a meeting off-campus one morning and was able to take him to school.
Random Christmas event with Noah.
They boys made me this one morning-so sweet.
They broke the basket with the force of their throws.
Visits to Pappaw.
Max was here.
I was able to volunteer at his Friendsgiving.
We were supposed to leave for Aunt Manda's for Thanksgiving, but our plans were derailed when Anderson got the flu.
I tried to make it better with a cake.
The view from the couch-Gabs loved that we were home for the entire week.
Max helped me wrap presents.
This was supposed to be from "The Glovers" but Max wanted this one to just be from him.
We rented "The Patriot" and watched it multiple times. I loved it.
All Max wants to do is play Army outside. So much playing Army, so much playing outside. He builds forts with sticks & his camo sleeping bag, recruits the neighbors to join and always dresses the part.
He also only wants to make his own Lego creations. He focuses on military; this one is the Vietnam conflict.
Accurate.
*Also, I make hot chocolate for them SO MANY TIMES a day when we are home. It is my way of distracting them from wrestling.*
We went exploring & found this tic-tac-toe board on the sidewalk & played with leaves. (It was a looooooong break; we were desperate to find entertainment.)
We went to GG's for Thanksgiving for more wrestling. We also left with a dead bee.
Love this pic.
And, this one.
Trons worships Brandon.
We went exploring again.
Always.
We only found one fish, and it was dead.
Rare moments.
Max was SO sad that he didn't get to see Reese for Thanksgiving, so Mom & Nicole made a plan to surprise him.
In a moment of intense playing...this happened.
Inside Out.
Look at his little eye hanging over. So pitiful.
It...got pretty bad.
Anderson, Bop, Hughes & I went to the UT game. We tailgated, met up with some of Anderson's friends, went to the Vol Walk & froze.
POURING rain, but he did not want to miss the kick-off.
I forgot to take a pic until we were leaving.
That eye...bless his heart.
