Christmas Day!

Santa visited!  This year was the 1st one in 3 years that Max did not have ear infections, so he was really excited! We talked about leaving cookies for Santa & carrots for Rudolph for weeks prior to Christmas Eve and he was OBSESSED with the Christmas songs-"I want Alvin!!!"-, but he really did not understand the idea of presents until he woke up and saw them.

Anderson woke up super early (shocker) & woke me up by telling me, "I know Santa has been here for 2 reasons: he left me a kicking net & I saw it on the Santa app on your phone." I made him stay with me until close to a reasonable hour and then we let him wake up Max.

Anderson: Max! Wake up, Santa was here! We have presents!

Max: ok.

Max actually wore pajamas on Christmas Eve, which was the true miracle.

This pic: all of the toys....and Brandon yawning in the background. Hilarious.

Max/Max will never, ever get old. I will use this bag forever.

Anderson has been asking for this UT backpack since August and he was SO excited when he opened it!

It is huge.

I love stockings.

Max was really excited about these Ninja Turtle crayons.

Anderson picked this out for me at his school shop & he was so proud to give it to me.

Yes, I know. Amazing.

He got Brandon car towels & was really so proud of them. It was so cute.

Max got him an American Flag at the church shop, which I found hilarious.

One of Max's favorite toys. NOT ours, because ...OCD with the little things all over the floor.

Again, I will never stop with the forcing of the Max.

Santa did not forget these girls. Gabbi did receive as much as Chloe but she was smart enough to hide it because she realizes that Chloe has a lack of awareness of " personal property."

After our own Santa visit, we went to GG's where we got more stockings-we are so loved!

These boys & their GG.

When you have the same face.....

Looks like a win for Brandon.

More presents from the Glover gang.

Max's new Mixer!

GG got a leaf blower!

Army has become a real thing around our house. This is new because Anderson never went through this phase as intently as Max is currently. Granted, I am not sure that I have met another good who goes through "phases" as intensely as Max. #somanyuniforms

I love the moments of them together.
Family picture on Christmas morning-so grateful for these people.

Later in the day, Spots was able to "enjoy" his gift.

And, Mom's new selfie stick came into play.

We are SO lucky to have such amazing family, so much love and such wonderful holiday memories.

  3. You have an animal named Spots living in your house, and I have never met him.

  5. Christmas at your house looks like so much fun. I love that you're in a "boy" house! It should really be Christmas year round (kind of).
