My almost 3 year old Ferg.

Max is a tornado wrapped in a hurricane combined with a volcanic eruption.
He is, in short, crazy.
I would not want him any other way.

But....he hurts himself all of the time. His preschool has stopped calling me when he gets hurt because it is every day. He bruises something, hits something, makes something bleed, etc. This was a pretty significant tongue injury that has, thankfully, since healed.

I love his craziness, but am also in a constant state of what was that noise?

His teacher requested a pic of the 2 of us for Mother's Day and he refused to participate. I can just feel the love.

The firefighter suit is still in the rotation. Some kids have phases, Max has a lifestyle.
They let our butterflies go last weekend with Brandon & Max could not wait to tell me all about it when I got home from work. He does have some pretty cool life experiences for a 2 year old.

His personality, for the win all of the time.

He caught a lizard with his hat at the Y with Noni & was so excited. The fact that the beat up hat came in handy for something made me feel pretty good about this phase. Hoarding=always prepared.

He is still really into construction and anything that involves making a mess.

Just a boy in his Ninja Turtle pajamas with a cup full of worms.

Also, this. SO much of this.

My heart. It is full.

  1. Pops says on a daily basis that Max is so funny. I love him. He is a tornado with a sweet inside. When he says "I'm sorry"? After destruction hits. it will just melt your heart
