Last Saturday was possibly the best day of Anderson's life (besides Garbage days during the summer). We went to the "Farragut Fleet" show at the Farragut town hall where our cute little town had about 15 different vehicles for the kids to climb on, sit in and drool over. Anderson decided to have a little snack in the loader.

He LOVES bobcats right now. If a drive a certain way home, he gets to see one and it is the highlight of his day. He loved sitting in this one.

They had crafts & gave away fire hats!

The excitement was too much & he crashed on the way to visit Brandon at work. How awesome is this picture? Not to be too mushy, but I just love how my husband can pull off a hard core SWAT uniform just as easy as he can carry a baby bug.

Hanging out with the guys.

Fire truck!

I will never get tired of seeing this little face asleep. Every time he doesn't have his glasses on, I get to fall in love all over again. I am literally shocked at what he looks like without his glasses/patch. I love the face with the glasses, but it's kind of nice to see without them every now and then, too.
I agree, he looks so different with out his patch, you have to take a second look.. but he is adorable with or without it.
ReplyDeleteLove him in the front loader and bobcat, or whatever they are called. He is so one of the guys.
ReplyDeleteToo sweet!!! Love the pic of him asleep on his dad's shoulder. I love bath-time with Austin for the same reason, no patch and no glasses.
ReplyDeleteLove the Daddy picture! And only Anderson would find the front loader a perfect snack location - he's such a boy!
ReplyDeleteYou're allowed to love him without the patch and glasses, for sure!!! That's your baby boy. I feel the discomfort in that though too. If you love one part of him does that mean you don't like the other part, not at all. I love Easton with AND without the patch. Obviously we all would prefer without but who would ever guess... a patch grows on ya. And then all the sudden it just becomes a part of him. I guess I am starting to get over the anger of that and moving to acceptance?!
ReplyDeleteFarragut is cute! I wish I was back there sometimes, after all, all of my favorite people live there (Shout out to Noni and Pops too!). The picture with Brandon is just precious. He is just the cutest cutest little man in the world!!
