It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas!

There it is. A $22 picture. I fell into the trap. I justified it by the fact that I had to have a picture documenting his first Christmas! Also, I am pretty sure that this is the actual Santa. He had the real beard, the friendly patience and he gave out cookies. Anderson clearly did not recognize any of this.
We also took him to Breakfast with Santa after mass on Sunday. Anderson was entirely too smart to be deceived by this fake Santa just days after meeting the real one. Plus, Brandon was in sight so he would have screamed like this with me holding him too.

Just another reminder of why I have the best job in the world! I walked into class the other day to a REAL tree. Just sitting there. A few students brought it in to be festive. I am pretty sure this does not happen in "real"jobs. I have a hard time imagining a tree in a cubicle. (Maribeth, if you are reading this you will LOVE teaching!)Getting ready for Christmas by cleaning up. Seriously, he was looking through the Target ad (he loves a good deal-it's genetic) and tore a piece of paper off. As he frantically butt scooted into the kitchen, we assumed he was going to eat it. To our surprise, he pulled up on the trash can & threw it away! Was precious.

While Noni held our place in the Santa line (Thanks, Noni!) Anderson & I rode the train! He LOVED it! Yelled at everyone out the window the entire time. I am surprised nobody yelled back as it was the Saturday before Christmas & this pretty big train was taking up most of the space around the mall.
There can only be one reason that there is a pirate person as a part of North Pole land-clearly Santa does have favorites. Shout out to Captain Anderson!

Fun bib from Lily's Meemaw!

First Christmas present! Thank you Aunt Ems & Uncle D!

One day Anderson will realize how awesome his dad is & I won't get a second look. Oh, wait. I guess that's now. We took him to the SWAT Christmas party & he had such a fun time hanging out with the big guys. Shout out to Lieutenant Stiles!!
The eating situation has become a bit of a challenge. He only wants to eat stuff he can feed himself, preferably using our utensils. Since this equals virtually nothing, we have pretty entertaining/exhausting mealtimes.

Please look at how stinkin cute Jack is in this picture. Thank goodness for snow days so we can catch up!

Nicole has always been creative which works well for me as I am a direct beneficiary of it. I convinced her that the canvases and frames she makes are so cute & she finally decided to sell them on etsy. Well, people are in love with her stuff. Someone's feedback was "P.E.R.F.E.C.T.!" (Just like I said they would be) In addition to a million things for Anderson, she made frames for my cheerleaders for Christmas. How much do you want to be a FHS Cheerleader so you can get one of these frames? Go check out her stuff...

Wrapped so cute. Also, shout out to Brandon & Mom who helped paint them, cut the cardboard, etc. They get cuter every time I look at them.
He is starting to get excited about taking steps!

Lots ot comments, but then I would see the next picture and it would be so cute that I would forget what the previous comment was. Can't wait to see the boy.
