I was quarantined for a bit during December and got to work from home. As it turns out, working from home is A MILLION TIMES EASIER than having to actually go to work. I was able to take my meetings outside and meet the boys at the bus. I was also able to take both of them to school every day and do laundry in the middle of the day between working.
Max really believed in the elf the first day and then a kid in his class told him that Santa & the elf are really parents. He was relentless in asking us the truth and we told him. He was so excited to run and carry the elf around and very relieved that nobody will be breaking into our house this year.
The elf sometimes does crazy things.
SO much hot chocolate in the winter.
Picking out the Christmas tree-these 2 spent so much time analyzing every branch.
This one only cared about the chainsaw.
Basketball tournament winners!
We celebrated the parents' birthdays!
We are so lucky to have them!
Decorating the tree!
Gingerbread House Stadium-it was actually really cute & Max loved it!
He is now obsessed with football.
They were supposed to be doing virtual school, but got distracted by this humidifier.
I tried to do a fun thing with the Elf & it was a bust...paper is absorbent.
Max actually loves running errands with me. It takes me way longer, but I love his company.
Another free visit to Urban Air with the boys-they had so much fun & it was so nice to get out of the house.
Snuggling with all 3 boys watching "A Christmas Story."
Trying to make cookies.
