Thanksgiving

I am not sure how to feel about this.

First...Max. I KNEW they loved each other despite the constant fighting.

Second, Veterans. RAISING HIM RIGHT!

Third, I guess Brandon & are in family? So, we are a close 4th...after the lizard.

We had an AMAZING time over Thanksgiving because we got to hang out with our Alabama family.
And, in a nice twist for us, they have recently added a pool, hot tub AND fire pit.

We even managed to see a few of the Hill family members while we there!

SO.MUCH.EATING.

This was breakfast on Turkey Day. Also, I am going to mention it now, but Amanda cooked every single meal and it was amazing and heavenly and delicious and all of the things that nobody every says about eating when I cook.

Swimming in a hot tub on Thanksgiving. These kids have no idea of their luck.

Max managed to gorge himself pretty consistently throughout the week. At this point, he had 3 separate snacks. Also, he got watch Nick Jr, which we do not have at our house so he was really excited.

I think this one was lunch. Again...delicious.

I know that even above the veterans and his brother, Anderson was thankful for an entire household of people to play sports with him all weekend long.

Kyler & Max bonding in the hot tub. It is crazy to think back on when Kyler was 3; I cannot believe that he is in college.

Brandon managed to give his nephew a pretty stout eye injury via an elbow in the face during the above basketball game. Poor injury prone Noah.

Noni & Marine Max had some quality playground time.

I tried to take a panorama and I think I failed.

Even though we had so much fun, we were missing our Knoxville family!

More food-dinner!

Just bonding with his Mama.

Mom, Amanda, Max & I hit up some sales on Black Friday and Max promptly demanded that I take his picture on these boxes at Kohls.

Lunch with Uncle Zack.

Soccer with Noah.

Football with Bop.

And, snacks for Max.

"Aunt Manda said I can have ALL of the treats."

Then, because we are crazy, we drove to Nicole's house to see out other nephew and nieces.
These two for the win every time.

We went exploring in a cave and it was so, so much fun!

There were actual crawling points.

Perhaps I had more fun than they did?

I love Max's hard core pose here.

Because cousins on a trampoline never gets old.

I will tell you what is a really nice way to follow up 3 nights of sleeping on an air mattress with 2 kids....sleeping in a full bed with them!

Poor Bobble Cole got roped into reading a book on the kitchen floor.

Levi is into EVERYTHING! Poor Nicole has an actual toddler who really does not toddle because he runs, climbs, scales, etc. He is seriously so, so cute.

Anderson wrote 6 pages in his school journal about our trip! It was so cute.

And....I spent a little time online shopping during the break, as well.
