random times.


Anderson's imaginary friend, a green baby whale named Beluga, makes regular appearances now. This pic is a little blurry because I have to sneak up on him or he puts Beluga away. I think it is precious that he has such an imagination. (As long as Beluga isn't still with us when he is 9, I think we are ok, right?)

 Lily was here for a bit last week & we colored finger puppets. Please notice how she gave the puppet with the glasses an eyepatch! LOVE!
Huge tantrums. Part of most days. Is it just me or is being 2 a bit of a rough time in a kid's life?
$1 movie at Regal during the summer. We saw Rango, which was nowhere worth $1.
 Bop is the best playground.
Junior Cheer Camp was last week, which meant my evenings were spent at FHS watching my amazing cheerleaders become the heroes to 88 little cheerleaders. I love this week because it reminds me, yet again, how wonderful teenagers are. This was "Farmer night" and it was during the end of the day when everyone jumps around to "Go Bananas" & "Ice Cream and Cake." Seriously, if you saw the patience the cheerleaders had for these little girls, you would just be in love with all of them. Wonderful times.
 Bubbles.
 Visiting Bop at IHOP. He is a celebrity.
 "Cow Appreciation Day" at Chickfila! There is very little I won't do to get free Chickfila & dressing like a cow took very little effort.
Garbage truck day still consumes our week.

    I am the first commenter!! I just made up a word! This day can't get any better.

    I read that children that have imaginary friends are supposed to be really smart and creative. Baby Baluga, seriously makes my heart melt!

    Tantrums, I'm not looking forward to this stage. Although if it's mixed in with talking it's totally worth it. :-)

    Baluga is too cute AND Lily drawing an eyepatch on the puppet with glasses is even cuter!!! Add that all up and my heart is officially melted.

    I wish she could video tape him with Baluga. He takes him very serious and it is just too cute.

    Beluga is the greatest.

    Tantrums are the worst. 2 was truly terrible. Ugh.

    Blake has imaginary friends. He has started to forget to play with them. (insert tear here.) I think it is adorable. He also had crazy tantrums. You will be glad to know that those have disappeared as well. :)
