Life with Anderson has definitely made a lot of changes in our lives and Chloe & Gabbi have figured out that he is a permanent part of their lives now. I think the verdict at this point is still that Chloe is not crazy about losing attention and Gabs is very happy to have someone else to protect.
We try to let them hang out as much as possible.
Chloe loses interest very quickly. This is a result of her special needs.
This picture sums up why I love this girl so much. When she went outside she ran to "explore" behind our house & came running back with these stale hot dog buns. She was so proud of herself. I like to think that she was bringing them to Anderson, but I know the truth is they were so hard she couldn't eat them and therefore decided just to carry them around the house. It was entertaining. She is a very quick thing for being so overweight. Our neighbors will agree as she managed to run into their house the other day covered in dirty snow during the 30 seconds the front door was open.

Chloe just looks sad... Anderson looks so different in every picture... I can't wait to see him.
ReplyDeleteI love the fact that your dogs are still so important to you all. I love our dog so much I couldn't imagine life with out her. And it's such a relief to see some one loving them as much after kids as they did before the kids!
ReplyDeleteAnderson is so unbelievable cute. I really hope we get to meet him before we leave.
Congratulations!
I love Chloe! She is truly hilarious! When Anderson is walking he will love playing with his older sisters! Can't wait to meet the little guy!
ReplyDeleteOh, special Chloe. The pictures are awesome...I love the hot dogs buns and the poutiness. My worms.
ReplyDeleteshe probably peed on something in anderson's room!! gonzo always pees on abby's bed, we have to keep the door shut all the time, even when she is here...don't know the meaning behind it. oh, and one of our neighbors in oakland had two black labs-one was only about a year and the guy was always working in his garage and would let the young one hang out in the front yard while doing so. i think it was an attempt at training her but of course she never stayed, and many a time when our garage door was open (while i was unloading groceries, etc) lady would stop in for a visit, sniff out the entire house, upstairs and down, and then usually steal one of gonzo's toys before she left! good times
