Max's bus picks up at 6:35 so it is still really cold & dark. Buuuut, I am so grateful for the bus. He loves it and the efficiency it provides is amazing.
A has track from 3:30-5:15 and then football workouts from 6-8 so I generally pick him up in the parking lot and give him random food and then drop him off and go pick up Max from basketball.
