We crashed Nicole's family skiing trip & ended up having an awesome time. The drive took awhile, but we broke it up by staying at their house the night before & stopping for lots of food breaks.
Max & Willow
The first day the boys both went to ski school & they enjoyed it! It was FREEZING & I just left them there, which seemed crazy but was fine. They learned all of the things, had a fun time & actually wanted to do it the next day.
There was an indoor pool &we made full use of it.
There was a lot of walking/shuttle riding because it was an actual mountain.
When I went to pick up Max from ski school, his instructor called him "MadMan Max" and told me that "he attacked the slopes without hesitation." He also needs to learn how to stop (he never learned that) & they spent a lot of time talking about History. All of this is so accurate.
Nicole & Hughes picked Anderson up really early on his second day at ski school & took him with them to ski. He was PUMPED.
There was A LOT of this & other various activities to kill time in the evenings.
Willow was always right in the middle of all of it.
Brandon had to work so we FaceTimed him a lot to keep him updated.
Playing WWII outside in the freezing cold weather.
Anderson learned in about 5 minutes & is already planning our next trip.
We had the best time!
