America and Sherri's Lake

As always, we hit up the Farragut parade on the 4th with our festivities.

it was a million degrees but Max still rocked his camo.

I was making him help me write the words of John Adams, "Independence Forever!"

Not completely perfect salutes, but still pretty sweet.

Love these boys. I love that Anderson is still excited about competing for candy and little trinkets.

After the parade, we drove to Sherri's where we made ourselves at home immediately. The boys were SO excited and basically moved into the lake, jumping and splashing and trying to catch everything.

Sophia & Bella were there with us a for a few days, too!

During this boat trip, Anderson pointed out clouds and said, "That must be where Heaven is." It was a fleeting, but reassuring moment for me.

Amazing fireworks from their boat! Seriously, they just kept going and going.

OBSESSED with trying to catch minnows. So, so many hours were spent right in that spot.

They also tried to catch these ducks, without any luck.

Always.

The Hill family is the BEST. I cannot explain how welcoming and hospitable they are to everyone.

S'mores leftovers

Cracking up.

Savannah designed these adorable shirts!!!!

Sherri even hired this lady! So, so cool.

Pizza & cake!

The kids

Crime does not stop, so Brandon had to work and was not able to join us, so we did a lot of FaceTime.

Grandkids!

Savannah. Love.

We pulled off the BEST surprise for Pops and I am just so grateful for everyone in this picture!
