SUMMER 2025

Brandon took A to a camp at App State-allllll of the football.
I paddle boarded to Burgess State Waterfall & it was so pretty!
Bop & A started playing golf together!
Max, Hunter & Graham after a 3 day 7v7 football tournament in Clinton.
Noni & Bop got a flat tire taking A to DMob workout & Brandon went to rescue them.
ALWAYS fishing at The Pond.
Paddleboard fishing before the rain one afternoon.
I took A & Matthew to Soaky Mountain one day & dropped them off & then went to work at Starbucks.
Highlight of summer: saving this giant snake in the road.
MOOSE is a working dog now!
Oysters to celebrate Father's Day with Pops!
My Tesla was getting the tires fixed, so they were driving me around, too.
Max went to a 3 day QB camp in Florida with Brandon!

Panda Express, dinner of champions!
More fishing at The Pond!
Moose got a treat after football one day.
Max's 12th Birthday celebration-swimming & basketball with buddies.
Love this kid.
He & Noni made a "bait shop" with fish themed snacks.
Had his party on Father's Day, so celebrated Pops with his kind of pizza.
Still fishing.
Making a TikTok recipe-Brazilian lemonade.
Hiked to Frozen Head waterfall with our girls & Bines!
Really love this tradition-it is so cool.

Love them being cousins.

Sonic on the way home!
Next day-Pelican's & a stop at the mall, followed by paddleboarding.

LAST VISIT TO DR. COGEN!

A & I drove there & back in our first Tesla roadtrip.

"Still my star patient. I do not have another unilateral cataract patient with his success."

He is retiring, so this is our last visit. I was sobbing, thanking him for giving Anderson vision.

Of all the things I am grateful for, Anderson being able to see because of him is at the top of the list.

We celebrated with Chipotle & I let him get double meat AND queso AND guacamole.

What a ride.
After we got back from Cogen, we grabbed the Pilot and Moose and drove to Nicole's.

Always love this time! Brandon had to work & we missed him terribly, but made sure to FaceTime him at all random times.

Max caught this fish & then put it back on the line so Teddy could "catch" it.

Goodness, we are lucky.
VERY intense games of pickleball.
Anderson & Teddy, watching fireworks
Me & my boy, watching fireworks.
Moose ended up putting himself to bed.

Max 12th party

Max at David's swim party.
Moose, always along for the ride.
Tuckaleechee Caverns in Townsend
It was actually really fun.
River Rat tubing!

Perfect Bines
Max went golfing with Bop in the heat and had a blast.
Inflatable water park fun!
It really was a lot of fun.
Random ice cream night at home.

Summer was full of SO MUCH DRIVING everywhere-trainings, football, fun stuff, boring appointments...but we had a great one.

CRYSTAL RIVER 2025

We went to Crystal River, FL & had the absolute best time. The weather was perfect, our house was convenient to everything & the town was not crowded at all.

The house we rented had kayaks & we used them every day & spent a lot of time out on the water. Very fun.
This was from the 2nd time we went to 3 Sister Springs & we realized we were the only people there. We thought it must be closed because it was so quiet and empty & then we realized we were alone. Very, very cool.
The water was completely clear & very cold.
Unreal.
We hit up this ice cream place a few times; it was delicious.

Just a lot of kayaking.

The area looked like this in real life.
We took turns with the double kayak. It was harder to use, but I like that we were together.
Early morning coffee run.
This was our first night there-we tested the kayaks by going out to King's Bay.
The house was so cute.
The 5 of us crammed into the Pilot, complete with all of our stuff & Max's fishing poles.

In shore fishing excursion fun.
Max was PUMPED! He has been dreaming about catching a Snook for months.
Anderson's was huge!
They said it was really hot, but really fun.

Our car wouldn't start the morning of the fishing excursion, but Brandon called an Uber and all was well.
Coming back in after a successful morning.
GG & Max kept dressing alike on accident!
GG & her boys.

One afternoon Max & I kayaked down to the pier because he wanted to catch Tarpon. He went inside & bought Mullet to use as bait and he was so patient and focused. I did not love just being out there on the open water for so long, but he had a great time.
Stopped by 3 Sisters again on our way back & it was just the 2 of us, again!

GG had to try out the kayak!
Happy Birthday! We spent her day driving home in hours of traffic, but hopefully the memories from the previous days made up for it!

LOTS of evening fishing off the dock.
We made an afternoon visit to Tampa to see the Winstons & rode on their boat in the Bay & fished off their dock.

Manatee adventure, complete with wet suits & snorkeling!

Because it was just the 5 of us on the boat, the boys were able to snorkel in other springs.

THE MANATEES WERE THE COOLEST! It was not manatee season, so we assumed we would not see any, but seeing this giant one and her baby was so, so amazing. They are HUGE! The water was so clear. It was the best experience.
Wet suits before the fun!
Afternoon visit to 3 Sister Springs.
